Some tips and reminders



I have found out what went wrong in your source of motivation to slim down. 

Lets recall..

A year ago, those days when u were able to shrink like no body's business (57kg). 
Your aim was to make me happy and satisfied with ur sexy body, for the sake of future. 
back then, we din hv any deadline. so u were happy most of the time, don being so stressed up. 
that makes u shrink easily. u LOVE what ur doing in the gym. u were always EAGER  to go gym after work. 

Now is different, 
your commitment level changed, in a way that u will spend 90% of ur energy into work. 10% for others. 
U set urself a deadline by 1st may to shrink, ur anxiety increases, making ur body difficult to react. 
ur stress lvl increases, making this hormone name Cortisol to force u to store fats. 


At this junction, ur aim is different. 

Making me happy isnt ur aim.
Making mummy hapi is ur aim.

U need to keep ur aim to making me happy. I hope ur not overconfident that im already satisfied with your body. 

Forever, this will go on, training, watching diet.. its our commitment, so ensure that physical intimacy is the key to spice up our marriage eternity.
