1 more week....

zero-carbs
distilled water loading
high protein
fresh water fish diet

but i hvnt buy the dream tan oil.


4 more days of training.
everyday i hv to go brisk walking ard GWC in my sweater...
i cant beat the air-con there.
lots of water to be lost... in 7days.

VERY possible. only for my kind of body.

im nervous...
im kinda stress..
i duno if i can make it in time.

but my instincts told me that im ready to go thru this final phase..
i need to relax.. and rmb that i'll b alright..

i hv my gf with me..
apparently sumtyms she overestimate my energy level.. hahax
juz too bad i cant alwys b w her..
