You want grunge? Here it is.

remember my previous post bout the Horse Power + BCAA which tasted sucky yucky??

i've found a way to make it taste excellent... i juz add more water to dilute it.. and there, it now taste like fruit punch.. hahax

stupid directions, say 1 scoop 6ounces.. i had to add 12 ounces with 1 scoop to taste good.. =) =)

bloated sia.. see my body now.. also bloated.. look like one round inflated balloon...

anyway, Edwin Thia used to tell me this, "the most impt thing, is to make sure ur body is beautiful to look at on the stage." .

however, another guy in the gym told me, "its better that u look like a freak, than look like a polo boy.. u wan ppl to drop jaws and become speechless, and u don wanna look like a model on the stage."

i noe wat i want. i wanna look like a freak, i don expect applauses.. i expect sudden silence.. i wanna make sure everyone remembers ME, MY BODY, MY FACE, MY NAME & MY MENTOR..
i wanna hear ppl saying things like, "oh this guy, beaten Edwin, beaten Zen, training under Farhan. He and Farhan we have to watch out for on the stage." .
