MOST MUSCULAR POSE!!!!

Finally the end of MuscleWar 3 weeks of dieting....

overall its quite tough.. alot of mindset required..
u need to be physically strong, or else u'll might fall sick.

my body temp has been quite heaty during the last week of dieting.
but there's water loading days.. which actually made me felt better.

im gonna rate a few stuffs...
so here it is..

chicken quality - 7/10
beef quality - 9/10
sweet potato - 7/10
water loading - 9/10
water cutting - 5/10
overall - not as ripped as i should be... hahax.

my discipline wasnt excellent though..

so.. that's that...

and now's 7:38am . gonna start practising my posing til 8am.
then gonna hv brkfast..
bread + strawberry jam. =) =)

then practise til 10am and eat again.

finally i'll meet Farhan at clementi. the showdown baby !!!!! woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
