i've got alot to improve before my Nationals.
my abs..inner thighs..back..

i wanna be more prepared for the Nationals..
hence, bye bye to my clean days.. hahax..

today's water intake is bad.. i hit beyond 750ml... cant tahan sia..
so i hit about 1litre ++ . =(

tmr must hit 750 again.. hopefully can.. hahax.

waiting for my darling to end her work..
but im afraid i will be slping soon.. tired ..

this morning i even woke up late la.. then i also din wake her up.. hahax..

oh btw, attachment is left with 3weeks.. including this week.

nxt mth have to spend alot..
have to reserve 300 bucks for Nationals dieting food, 200 on supplements.. and 120 for **** .. =)
so most likely my expenditure for my Nationals will be $620. ok la..
