Hellooooooaah!!

Im blogging in office.. lolx.. =.=
nth to do..
but good thing finally can relax... hahax..

tmr bck to hectic work again.. its ok..
coz i need to lose water in my body...



16weeks more to Nationals...
5 more weeks to MuscleWars... @ NUS..
well, i decided to join it coz i thk i need to be familiar with the stages and procedures.
tix are at 5 bucks.
so if u wanna come, u need to let me noe before 31stDec.

i guess im one of the luckiest person ever to meet Farhan (roidbuster). now he's known as my doctor, as well as my coach. hahax.

and btw, i hvnt submit my registration form yet..
neither have i purchased my trunks and oil. hahax..

life now remains unchanged... which is good.. for the moment. =)

long time no go bck to sch...
miss my frens alot..!
